Delete your CareAI account

You can delete your account and associated personal data from the CareAI mobile or web app. This page explains how. You do not need to be signed in to read these instructions.
Steps to delete your account
- Open the CareAI app or visit the web app and sign in.
- Go to Settings (or your Profile, depending on your app version).
- Choose the option to delete your account or profile and confirm when prompted. Follow any on-screen steps to complete deletion.
Cannot use the app?
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your account. We will verify ownership and process your deletion request.

Account deletion removes or anonymizes personal data tied to your account in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Some records may be retained for a limited time where required for security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
Retention
Where retention is required by law, we keep only what is necessary and only for as long as required. After that period, data is deleted or anonymized.
